NEUFIT
Neuromuscular Training & Recovery
What is the Neubie device?
Neufit uses a unique electrical waveform that mimics the body’s natural nervous system signals. Unlike other devices that use alternating current, Neufit’s direct pulsed current supports healthy muscle activation instead of causing tension or unnatural patterns. This technology enhances natural healing, improves communication between nerves and muscles, reduces pain, speeds recovery, and boosts strength and function.
The focus is not just on muscles or tissues but on the nervous system as the "software" controlling the body. By improving the nervous system's signals, movement quality and healing tend to improve more quickly.
The Neubie is FDA-cleared as a Class-2 medical device. The Neubie is indicated for:
Maintaining or increasing range of motion.
Increasing local blood circulation.
Neuromuscular Re-education.
Preventing atrophy.
Reducing spasms.
Preventing venous thrombosis after surgery.
Management or relief of chronic pain.
Management of post-surgical and post-traumatic acute pain.
The Neubie is most commonly used in combination with the NeuFit Method, which uses techniques from functional neurology, physical therapy, and other disciplines to maximize the impact of the Neubie and enhance treatment outcomes.
FAQs

The NeuFit Method is a neuromuscular rehabilitation approach that uses direct-current (DC) electrical stimulation to help the nervous system restore normal movement patterns, reduce pain, and accelerate recovery. It’s centered around a device called the NEUBIE (“Neuro-Bio-Electric Stimulator”), along with a structured assessment and movement-based retraining process.
Here’s a clear breakdown:
✅ What the NeuFit Method Involves
1. Nervous-System–Focused Assessment
Practitioners look for:
Areas where the nervous system is creating excessive tension or inhibition
Dysfunctional movement patterns
Protective reflexes that limit mobility or strength
2. Direct-Current Electrical Stimulation (NEUBIE)
Unlike traditional alternating-current (AC) stim devices (like TENS or EMS), NEUBIE uses high-frequency pulsed direct current. The goals:
Facilitate neuromuscular re-education
Reduce protective guarding
Enhance muscle activation
Promote improved blood flow and tissue healing
3. Active Training With Stimulation
Patients typically move while receiving stimulation, which helps retrain the nervous system to:
Improve range of motion
Restore efficient muscle firing patterns
Reduce compensations
Speed up recovery from injury or surgery
4. Applications
The NeuFit Method is used for:
Sports injuries
Post-surgical rehab
Chronic pain
Neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, MS, peripheral neuropathy)
Performance training
5. Why It’s Different
The focus is not just on muscles or tissues but on the nervous system as the "software" controlling the body. By improving the nervous system's signals, movement quality and healing tend to improve more quickly.

Strength Training
-
It’s very common for individuals to experience notable improvement after their first session.
-
While each progress can differ per each person and their situations, we aim to progress from rehab, to fitness, and to performance to help learn and avoid further repeated injuries or to help with psychological breakthroughs to overcome. In most cases, even those without any injuries will benefit from completing at least 10 sessions.
-
Recommended frequency is 2–3 times per week. Many start with once a week and increase as their body adapts. Some may benefit from 4–5 sessions, but most do well with two per week.
-
Depending on which body part that needs attention, the suggestion is to wear loose clothing and preferably wear shorts for lower body.
-
Make sure to stay hydrated and drink fluids, while also adding electrolytes or sodium for a better session and post recovery. Make sure to also consume enough food to perform.
